Risborough RFC Ladies are looking for a new Head Coach!
And before you panic… no, we’re not expecting you to turn us into the All Blacks overnight. 😂
We’re looking for someone who wants to build something with us.
We’re currently recruiting players and growing the squad, so this is a brilliant opportunity for the right coach to come in, help shape the team from the ground up and make it their own.
So, what are we looking for? 🤔
🏉 A rugby brain – preferably someone who knows what all the lines on the pitch mean.
😂 A sense of humour – because coaching us without one may be considered a health risk.
💪 Development without the misery – we want to get better, but we also want to enjoy turning up.
🥳 A social butterfly – rugby is only half the story. We want someone who enjoys being part of the team on and off the pitch.
📣 A good communicator – especially when explaining why we apparently need to run another fitness drill.
❤️ Someone who wants to build a team – we’re recruiting, growing and creating something exciting, and we want a coach who wants to be part of that journey.
👊 Someone who believes in us – whether you've been playing for years or you're completely new to rugby, we want everyone to feel welcome, included and part of the squad.
