Lead the Future of Women's Rugby at Risborough Rugby Club
Risborough Rugby Club is seeking an ambitious and passionate Ladies Head Coach to lead our newly established women's team as we continue to grow one of Buckinghamshire's most exciting grassroots rugby programmes.
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape the culture, playing style and long-term success of a developing squad. Working closely with the club's leadership and coaching team, you'll play a pivotal role in attracting, developing and retaining players while creating an enjoyable, inclusive and competitive environment.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver the club's women's rugby programme.
Plan and coach engaging, player-centred training sessions.
Develop a clear playing philosophy and matchday strategy.
Select and manage the team on matchdays.
Support the recruitment and retention of new players.
Mentor assistant coaches and help develop future coaching talent.
Work with the committee to grow the women's section.
Promote a positive, safe and inclusive culture in line with the club's values.
We're Looking For Someone Who
Has a genuine passion for developing women's rugby.
Is an enthusiastic leader with excellent communication skills.
Can inspire players of all experience levels, from beginners to experienced players.
Enjoys building teams and creating a positive club culture.
Holds (or is willing to work towards) relevant RFU coaching qualifications.
Shares our ambition to make Risborough Rugby Club one of Buckinghamshire's leading community rugby clubs.
