Hi, I’m Tom "Fletch" Fletcher, Head Coach of the Risborough Rugby Club Senior Men’s Team, and I’m delighted to welcome you to our club.

I took on the role of Head Coach in the summer of 2026 and I’m incredibly excited for what lies ahead as we prepare for the 2026/27 season. Risborough is a club with a strong community spirit, great ambition and a clear vision to continue growing both on and off the pitch.

Alongside my role at Risborough, I am also Assistant program director for Buckinghamshire RFU U17/U18, where I lead on attacking structures and support the development of half backs. This experience allows me to bring a strong focus on player development, skill progression and creating an exciting, positive style of rugby.

My aim as Head Coach is to build a senior squad that players are proud to be part of - one that combines hard work, enjoyment and a commitment to improving every week. Whether you are an experienced player, returning to rugby, or looking for a new club environment, we want Risborough to be a place where you can develop, compete and enjoy your rugby.
