Risborough RFC Awarded STIGA Robotic Mowers Through Landmark RFU Partnership
Risborough Rugby Club is proud to announce that we have been awarded new STIGA robotic mowers through the partnership between STIGA and the Rugby Football Union (RFU).
STIGA, the RFU’s Official Grounds Care Partner, is supporting community rugby clubs by providing robotic mowing technology to help reduce maintenance time, lower running costs and improve turf quality.

This is fantastic news for Risborough RFC and represents another important step in our long-term ambition to grow the club, strengthen our community offering and create exciting new opportunities for rugby in the local area.
As a growing community rugby club, we are continually looking for ways to improve our operations and create a sustainable future for the club.
The introduction of STIGA robotic mowers will help support these ambitions, providing access to modern grounds care technology while reducing the time and resources needed for pitch maintenance.
What makes this partnership particularly exciting is that it goes beyond simply providing equipment. Through STIGA’s Ground Connected Programme, the agreement includes three years of ongoing support, helping us get the most from the technology and supporting our longer-term development plans.
With some exciting developments on the horizon for Risborough RFC, this partnership comes at a particularly important time for the club.
