Men's Backs Coach
Help Shape the Future of Risborough Rugby Club
Risborough Rugby Club is one of Buckinghamshire's most ambitious grassroots rugby clubs, and we're looking for an enthusiastic Men's Backs Coach to join our coaching team ahead of the new season.
Working alongside our Head Coach and wider coaching staff, you'll play a key role in developing our backs, creating an exciting attacking style of rugby, and helping players of all abilities reach their potential.
Whether you're an experienced coach or looking to take the next step in your coaching journey, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging backs-focused training sessions.
Develop players' attacking skills, decision-making, handling and kicking game.
Support matchday preparation, analysis and tactical planning.
Work collaboratively with the Head Coach and coaching team.
Create a positive, inclusive and enjoyable learning environment.
Mentor players and encourage continuous development.
Promote the club's values both on and off the field.
We're Looking For Someone Who
Has a passion for coaching and developing players.
Communicates confidently and positively.
Can motivate and inspire players of varying abilities.
Enjoys working as part of a coaching team.
Holds (or is willing to work towards) relevant RFU coaching qualifications.
Shares our ambition to grow one of Buckinghamshire's leading community rugby clubs.
